Banquet

The details and menu for the 2020 banquet are not yet available.

Join us for an evening of networking with other readers and writers. Theme dress is welcome, but not required. Join us for a wonderful meal*. Mingle with authors and presenters. Attend the author signings after dinner.

* A pre-purchased banquet ticket is required to attend the meal.

The banquet will be held in the Bonavista Ballroom (Tower Building) from 5:30 to 7:00 PM.

Cash bar opens at 5 PM and runs until late.

The autograph session follows from 8 to 10 PM

(Please exit the ballroom from 7 to 8 PM to allow hotel staff to clean the room.)

Note: If you are attending the banquet and have dietary issues with the menu, please contact us with your concerns and we will work with the hotel to address them.

As dessert winds down at 6:30 PM, diners are welcome to stay for the presentation of this year's National Speculative Fiction Awards, the Auroras. Additional seating will also be available for those who wish to attend the Awards and not the banquet.
