Refund Policy

This policy applies to festival passes and/or banquet tickets ("pass" or "passes").

There are no cash refunds for passes, although special exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis).

The deadline for requests for pass changes submitted to the festival is midnight Mountain Daylight Time August first of the current festival year. Requests for pass changes submitted after this deadline will not be processed.

If you have bought a pass and cannot attend, upon informing us before the deadline your pass will be transferred to the following year. If you don't inform us of your non-attendance before the festival starts, you lose the pass.

Empty spots created by relinquished or transferred passes will be offered to those on the waiting list on a first-come first-served basis.

Those on the waiting list who are offered a chance to register have 72 hours from the time the email notification is sent to them to do so. After that, the available spot will be offered to the next person on the waiting list and the non-responding person will move to the back of the waiting list.

We have no control over how many relinquished passes will be available, if any, nor how many people are ahead of you on the waiting list. There is no guarantee that you will get a spot if you wait until we are sold out.

Pass holders may transfer their passes directly to someone else but the festival registrar must be provided with all the information which that person would have given on the registration form had they registered themselves.

Harassment

This is easy: We don't allow it. See our full harassment policy for details.

Photographs/Recording

By registering for this festival you consent to allowing When Words Collide to use any photographs or other recordings taken at the festival for promotional purposes.

You retain the right to refuse photographs or recordings of yourself in other situations.
