Volunteer to Join Team WWC

WWI Enlistment PosterWhen Words Collide is a 100% volunteer run festival. Our organizers work throughout the year coordinating venues, guests, speakers, marketing and more, so that we all have a terrific annual festival celebrating the written word.

We also need volunteers during the festival to make the experience even more enjoyable.

Join our team of volunteers and receive:

Volunteers may join any one of our volunteer teams and assist that team's manager.

Team 1: Registration

Team 2: Hospitality Assistant

Team 3: Atrium Programming

Team 4: Tower Programming

Team 5: Pitch Session / Blue Pencil Café Monitor

We ask that volunteers work with their team for a minimum total of eight hours during the festival.

If you would like to be one of this year's festival volunteers, please let us know so that we can include you in our schedule and answer any questions you may have.
